The body kit, or aerodynamics, consists mainly of external modifications to the car, usually including front and rear bumpers (fenders) , side skirts and spoilers for the painted parts of the car. Lexus body kits are believed to be effective in changing the look of your car, providing style and performance.
You may find the look of your car when it leaves the factory attractive, but it is rather sedate and boring. You can use the body kit to modify your vehicle to add a personal touch. You may consider adding a rear spoiler or front air dam, or further using side skirts.

Body kit parts using glass fiber, polyurethane, ABS plastic, carbon fiber and composite materials.
Fiberglass parts are relatively easy to manufacture and inexpensive, but their delivery and surface treatment may not match that of polyurethane or ABS plastic parts. Fiberglass has many advantages: it’s light, doesn’t warp when the temperature changes, and the paint sticks to it easily.
Polyurethane (also called “Polyurethane”for short) is a popular material for body parts. Because polyurethane is harder to produce and more expensive, parts made from it can be more expensive to buy. However, it is usually delivered with a better fit and finish than fiberglass.
ABS plastic is a thermoplastic mixture that combines the strength and stiffness of acrylonitrile and styrene polymers with the robustness of polybutadiene rubber. Because of its chemical and heat resistance, and because it provides good dent protection, ABS is widely used by automobile manufacturers as a decorative, bumper cover and some body panels of the original equipment.
Carbon Fiber, more accurately known as carbon fiber reinforced polymers, is a polymer like epoxy reinforced with actual carbon fibers. These carbon fibers are made of carbon atoms held together in crystals that are arranged parallel to the long axis of the fiber -- An arrangement that makes the resulting size and weight very strong.
Composite Material is a combination of materials. These materials are often combined to create a product from which these benefits can not be realized if they are used alone.
