The fifth generation 2023 Lexus RX, which itself is more like rose gold, has nothing else spray-painted from the factory. This is very popular, 25 years later, we will all remember this color RX.
It's a better-looking car, more closely applying the updated Lexus styling cues to a body that looks like it was designed for them from the start, and now has a less SUV-like silhouette. Although the ground clearance of each model was more than eight inches, and the overall height was only 0.4 less than before, from the looks of it, the new RX was indeed lower than the old model. It was also considered low for
an SUV, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.
The key interior dimensions hardly changed, and it's worth noting that a pair of backseat passengers reported that the backseat was very comfortable and spacious, despite having a tall driver in the front.A new“Assist” element is even more impressive, combining road data from the navigation system with visual data from the on-board camera to slow the vehicle down as it goes into a curve or downhill.
The RX 350H also now has a quieter, more refined iteration of Toyota's familiar hybrid powertrain setup. It consists of a naturally aspirated inline V4, two front motors to power the wheels and vehicle parts, and a planetary gear set in combination with these motors.
For the 2023, the RX is doing its best to change those expectations with two additional hybrid options. The new Rx 450H + is in the same plug-in hybrid system format as the new NX 450h + . It effectively uses a conventional hybrid system and is enhanced with a larger 18.1 kwh battery.
Then there's the new Rx 500h, which has an all-new hybrid powertrain for the Lexus. It has the same turbocharged engine as the pure gasoline RX 350, which is significant for the Lexus hybrid application itself.
