Open the cover and remove the two screws (fastening the bumper and grille) from the grille. The grille is fastened to the bumper by a few plastic hooks on the half-circle. Use the screwdriver to pry the hooks off the grille bit by bit, push the grille in and it will come off.
The main function of intake grille is heat dissipation and air intake. If the water temperature of the engine radiator is too high, the fan will start the auxiliary cooling automatically. When the car is running, the air flows backward, the direction of the fan flow is also backward. After heat dissipation, the rising temperature of the air flow from the back of the engine cover near the windshield position, and the car under the backward flow, the heat is released.
The intake system contains the air filter, intake manifold, and intake valve mechanism. After the impurities are filtered out by the air filter, the air passes through the air flow meter and enters the intake manifold through the intake port. After mixing with the gasoline ejected from the fuel injector, it forms an appropriate proportion of oil and gas, from the intake valve into the cylinder ignition combustion, power generation.
